Have a clean up day for downey on east colonial! This is a free park on the corner of a middle and elementary school and many families love going here on weekends and after school. Recently it has been taken over by a homeless camp and you can often find needles and empty beer cans on the ground. We should start an initiative to clean up the park and make it a clean, healthy and welcoming place for everyone.
