Before I became an elected official, I had very little knowledge about county government, especially coming from Massachusetts, where county government doesn’t exist. It wasn’t until a decision was being made that directly affected me that I learned we had a county government and became involved. At the time, I discovered there was very limited information available about it.

I am committed to helping others understand their county government and how they can get involved. Your local government impacts your everyday life in countless ways, from the time you spend sitting in traffic to the quality of your children’s education.
