Constituent Case Status

Below you can view the status of your constituent case. If you cannot find your case, either you did not submit a form or the case is considered closed on our end. In either of these cases, please submit a form at https://emilybonilla.com/contact-3/ so that we can look into it.

Here is an explanation a couple of the columns.

  • Custom Task ID” is your case number.
  • Issue” is the name of the issue that best describes the situation.
  • Date Created” is the date the case was created.
  • Date Updated” is the date that the case was last updated/worked on.
  • Note to the Constituent” is a note to the constituent by the staff working on the case.

Here is what the “Status” mean:

  • Triage: We need more information from the constituent before being able to move forward.
  • Questions: Staff has questions that need answers from the Commissioner before being able to move forward.

  • Waiting on Staff: District 5 staff is waiting for county staff to complete work on the case or for a response from county staff.
