A Rent Assistance Policy needed for month to month renters with no lease, asap!

Rent Assistance Needed For Increased RV Lot Rent for Fulltime Families and Individuals, (especially with disabilities).
And families and individuals displaced in hotels, etc, because of inflation, and pandemic.

Since, there were no rent assistance allocated for families or individuals who pay their rent month to month, or without a lease for an RV lot, in RV parks, in order to keep the only roof they have/own over their heads, or paying renting for primary shelter in hotels, etc. Assistance needed because of increased rent cost, inflation, etc.

Please allocate funds for this particular type of financial hardship families and individuals are experiencing with no competition for other type of rental assistance applications.

No lease available to applicant, and required, just proof of rent paid history and, or proof of occupancy.

No eviction notice required, as renters in this case do not have the protection, notice and time of an eviction process, provided by a lease.

Qualifications:

Individuals or families who pay rent for primary shelter, month to month, with no lease, who do not have, or qualify for a lease, where they live

Individuals and families experiencing Income- living expense, hardship, especially increased rent cost.
Benefits recipients
Families with disabilities
Families with disabled children.
Elderly with, low fixed income who pay rent month to month.
Rent Assistance paid directly to place of occupancy.
